1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and unwashed

Original tags must be intact

Item must be in original packaging

Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Products purchased during clearance or final sale

Used, washed, or damaged products (by customer)

Items without original tags
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Attach clear images (if damaged/defective)
Our team will review your request within 48 hours.
If approved:

Reverse pickup will be arranged (where serviceable)

Or you may be asked to ship the product to our warehouse
4. Exchange Policy
We offer size exchange only, subject to stock availability.
If the requested size is unavailable, you may choose:

Store credit

Refund (as per policy)
5. Refund Policy
Once the returned product passes quality inspection:

Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refund will be credited to the original payment method

In case of COD orders, refund will be issued via bank transfer or store credit
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

7. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
